Delivery Times (Australia)
Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
We use Standard Australia Post eParcel
AU East Coast: 3-5 business days from order dispatch
AU West Coast: 5-7 days from order dispatch
A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
Delivery Times (International) - BY REQUEST ONLY.
As we launch, we will only take online orders from Australia, with the view of sending international by mid-2017.
Depending on your location, we will use either DHL, TNT or Australia Post to deliver. Delivery times internationally can be up to 20 days.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with full details of your order, carrier used to deliver, tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your products have not been received in full working order, please do get in touch with our concierge team within 14 days to discuss replacement or credit. We will refund delivery costs.
Import & Duties Charges
Any additional import and duties charges incurred on your end, will be at your cost.
